CNC-machined iron block (from H-D 10051184 casting) with siamesed cylinder walls, cast nodular caps, four bolts on all five main caps (outer bolts on three center main caps are splayed 20 degrees), grade 8 bolts, priority main oiling, 9.025-inch deck height, 3.980-inch finished bore (maximum bore is 4.155-inch), 0.842-inch lifter bore diameter, 350 main size (2.45-inch), and a two-piece rear main seal. Features priority main oiling.

GMPP’s Bowtie Sportsman cylinder block is the right foundation for your competition or high-performance street engine. It is the starting point for countless racing engines, as the iron block is available with a variety of finish options to build almost any engine combination. The block has siamesed cylinder walls and four-bolt cast nodular iron main caps that are secured by Grade 8 bolts. All blocks in this family have a 9.025-inch deck height. See chart on page 61 for complete specifications. NOTE: Small-bore blocks P/N 10051181 and P/N 10051183 have two-bolt main caps that simplify the installation of steel caps with splayed outer bolts.

TECH SPECS: NOTE: Block requires 2-inch O.D. cam bearings P/N 12370843. It may be necessary to clearance lifter bore tops for some roller lifters.
